Highs and Lows is about as straightforward of a lifestyle app as you will find. All it asks you to do is record a single high point and low point each and everyday. After recording your high and low, you’re able to share it via Facebook or Twitter. You’re also able to look back on your highs and lows to discover trends. The app includes the ability to set a reminder as well so you’ll never miss a day.
