Globo ($0.99 → Free, 1.6 MB): An eye-popping world clock that will meet your traveling and time checking needs.

You’re able to create a list of your favorite locations around the world and view their times as a color-coded list. Tap on a location to view more detailed information like its time zone, time interval and distance from you, coordinates, and even weather. You’re also able to change the time in one location and see the changes in all of your other locations. The app includes support for up to 64 custom location-based alarms, imperial and metric support, two sorting options, and 12- and 24-hour formats.

Runr ($0.99 → Free, 5.7 MB): Have some fun when you run with Runr.

Runr is a lot more than your everyday fitness tracking app. Sure, it easily allows you to track your runs, jogs, and walks, but where it really sets itself apart is with its deep Game Center integration. You’re able to earn achievements and see how you compare against your friends via leaderboards, and even go head-to-head with your friends in multiplayer races. As you’re speeding along, you’re able to receive voice feedback to help keep you motivated. The app also includes complete stat tracking, an optional run countdown, and the ability to create reminders.

Contra: Evolution ($0.99 → Free, 51.9 MB): Contra is back in this updated version of the 1987 original hit side-scrolling shooter.

Play as Bill “Mad Dog” Rizer or Lance “Scorpion” Bean and take the fight to the aliens in the jungles of South America. This updated version of Contra features the same environments and level designs of the original, only they are presented in high definition glory. As you blast your way through waves of enemies, you’ll come across loads of power-ups and new weapons that will aid you in your quest. You’re also provided with a total of five lives to complete each level. If and when you run out, you can spend diamonds or coins to continue right where you left off. The only way to earn coins is by successfully completing levels. You can also use your coins on unlocking two new characters or levels in advance. The game also includes three difficulty settings for each level, three control options, and achievements and leaderboards via Game Center.

MocaDeco – Visual Creator ($0.99 → Free, 41.8 MB): Let your creative side shine with this delightful photography app.

You’re able to import any photo from your library or take a new one from within the app. Then pop open the Decos menu and start adding design elements like shapes, symbols, lines, and detailed illustrations. Each design element can be moved, resized, repositioned, rotated, colored, and made transparent. You’re also able to add beautiful text and edit your photo before saving or sharing it. The app includes four deco categories with anywhere from 40 to 70 design elements in each, and more than 70 fonts to choose from. An additional deco category can be unlocked via in-app purchase.
